Become a Vendor

 

Thanks for your interest in Live Oak Collection!

The Live Oak Collection is a curated market. Though we love makers of all kinds, unfortunately we cannot accept all applicants due to space constraints. We do our best to select a diverse group of quality artisan makers.

Vendors are selected based on product appeal to our target audience, professionalism, online presence, modern aesthetic, uniqueness, and availability within the product category. No re-sellers or direct sales/MLM products, please. All items sold at the market must be handmade.

Rental fees

Rental fees are economical and have been designed for creators, makers and entrepreneurs to get out there without a large overhead. Space rental can range between $90 - $337 for 4 weeks, along with a commission agreement, no long lease and no hidden cost! Select from 1 month, 1 - 3 months, 3 - 12 months, or 12 + months.

Space assignment

Space assignment is based on your needs and availability within the market. Spaces vary in size, ranging from wall space, 5 square feet to 30 square feet. We'll find the best fit for you and let you get creative. Together, we can determine what display items you will need, and/or how to work with display items you may have and wish to use.

Sales

All sales are processed by the Menasha Market staff and can be purchased with debit, credit or cash. This enables us to offer our customers a more convenient form of payment, plus we offer various types of packing.
